At the centre of Green Fuel Tech's circular fuel platform is advanced pyrolysis technology developed and engineered by Technotherm.

Pyrolysis uses controlled thermal conversion in an oxygen-limited environment to break complex hydrocarbon feedstocks into recoverable hydrocarbon vapours, gas and solid fractions.

Process architecture

Each unit operation is designed as a controllable, instrumented stage — not a single black-box reactor.

Thermal conversion

Oxygen-starved Technotherm pyrolysis reactors operating within controlled temperature envelopes for stable hydrocarbon yield.

Vapour treatment

Hot vapour conditioning removes contaminants and heavy tars before condensation, protecting downstream product quality.

Condensation trains

Staged condensation recovers hydrocarbon liquids by cut, with non-condensables routed to process energy recovery.

Upgrading & fractionation

Cleaning, upgrading and distillation deliver specification-driven naphtha, diesel-range and heavy fractions.

Energy integration

Process syngas is recovered internally to reduce imported energy demand across the conversion train.
